Some of the most important Reforms includes:

unbanning political parties, releasing imprisoned journalists and prosecuting officials accused of torture, fight against corruption, assigning Sahle-Work Zewde and a president of Ethiopian and half of the ministerials directed by women.

One of the most important achievements was the Peace between Eritrea and Ethiopia after around twenty years of war and millions of deaths.

Still the country is full of challenges, and the way is not easy, but without no doubt peace is always the right way followed by democracy, human rights and freedom. The horizon is still far, but there is a horizon full of hope and we already started to walk ahead.

Africa’s second-largest country has shown the way not only to African countries, also to all the world.

We are working together with Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health and Oromia Regional Health Bureau working together and hard on the way to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), nowadays with special effort on the next

In Ethiopia, we are working in collaboration Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health in Gambo area, in Oromia region, suppoorting the health programs and working through the next sustaible development goals:

GOAL 1: No Poverty

GOAL 2: Zero Hunger

GOAL 3: Good Health and Well-being

GOAL 4: Quality Education

GOAL 5: Gender Equality

GOAL 6: Clean Water and Sanitation

GOAL 10: Reduced Inequality

GOAL 16: Peace and Justice Strong Institutions

GOAL 17: Partnerships to achieve the Goal

Dr Abiy Ahmed is the country’s first Oromo leader – the ethnic group at the centre of nearly three years of anti-government protests, which left many dead following clashes with security forces and thousands arrested.

One of the protesters’ main complaints was that they have been politically, economically and culturally marginalised for years – despite being the country’s largest community.

The July 29 campaign, under Aniy’s “Green Legacy Initiative” if achieved will be a world record according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

Ethiopia allow refugees to work legally

Ethiopia is applauded for its progressive refugee integration law, allowing refugees to obtain work permits, access primary education, obtain drivers’ licenses, national financial services such as banking among others.

As the second-largest refugee-hosting country in Africa, Ethiopia is currently the host of over 900,000 refugees mainly from neighbouring South Sudan, Somalia, Sudan and Eritrea, as well as smaller numbers from Yemen and Syria. On Thursday 17th January 2019 the country’s parliament revised its existing refugee laws to allow refugees opportunities hitherto denied them. These include access to work permits, primary education, drivers’ licenses, national financial services such as banking and the rights to legally register life events such as births and marriages.

“The passage of this historic law represents a significant milestone in Ethiopia’s long history of welcoming and hosting refugees from across the region for decades,” said the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi in a statement.

“By allowing refugees the opportunity to be better integrated into society, Ethiopia is not only upholding its international refugee law obligations but is serving as a model for other refugee-hosting nations around the world.”
